Nichole was inspired to start Nursing by Nichole after spending 32 years in the nursing and caregiving field and seeing how much families need care that is personal, dependable, and compassionate. She wanted to offer something different from larger companies — care that feels consistent, thoughtful, and centered around the individual.

Nichole started Nursing by Nichole because she believes elderly clients deserve to feel safe, respected, and truly known while remaining as comfortable and independent as possible in their own homes. What Nichole loves most about helping her clients is building real relationships. She enjoys learning their stories, understanding their needs, and becoming a trusted source of comfort for both the client and their family. For Nichole, the most meaningful part of her work is giving families peace of mind and caring for each person with the same kindness and dignity she would want for her own loved ones.
